It’s easy to focus on the bad.

In the era of social media and technology at our fingertips,

We get bombarded with information, and most of the time,

The bad stories are what spread the fastest. It’s okay to step away.

It’s okay to put your head in the sand while you allow yourself time to heal.

It’s even easier to focus on the bad when we are aware of just how good it can be.

When we remember “the good old days,”

When we try so hard to get something back that

We didn’t really want in the first place,

When we know that the good is great, the bad becomes unbearable.
