Words
Words
She was sharp and shining,
Proud of herself,
He never left her alone and never parted ways,
Hands in together, they lived many days!
Then a time came, with dark clouds in the sky,
He whispered in her ears,
She stood firm, through his rough days,
With her aside, he smiled his way.
Invincible,
He thought of himself,
Made him deaf and blind,
and he flung her, In the shadows of pride.
A life was torn, and hope was crushed,
Words do wonders, but also slice the soul,
He could not hold her back,
With a crying heart and swollen eyes,
She never shined again, never to rise.
She was his words, She was his pride.
