Wish we could be together.

Wish we still could be together like we used to do. 

Just you and me together, like older days but I guess we just passed that phase.

Wish we still could sneak food into our room for a late-night snack.

Teamwork was something that we never lacked. 

Wish we still could run in the streets shouting with happy cheer.

Wish we could go back to the time when we lived without any fear. 

Wish we could once again fight over ice cream.

Wish we could still together cheer for our favourite team.

Wish we could go to tuition together, with just one umbrella. 

But we are no longer together, time has pulled us apart. 

You in one city me in another, really time has pulled us further. 

From passing notes every minute, now we don't talk that much. 

But I still wish we could begin everything from start. 

Still, I want to forget our past and again be together.
