When Death Knocks

When Death Knocks

1 min
250

You embrace everything

With a pinch of salt.

You regret your life

Coming to a halt.

Sleepless nights

You spend

On things you

Could have done,

But chose to ignore

And waited for the next turn.

You didn't know

It will never come.

Now, you are in a junction.

You want to explore

But you are afraid.

You are too comfortable

In your cozy bed.

Let me tell you one thing.

Stop and listen!

You are in this junction

Because you didn't let

Things happen.

Go with the flow.

You never know

What the next turn is all about.

Be silent or shout,

The choice is yours.

But do remember,

You can't blame others

Or say, "Only if..."

When death knocks at the door.

You were given the choice long ago.
