What If?

What if we realise that there's no tomorrow? 

Would we be able to live today?

Or should we resign to the inevitable 

That everything will pass away.

If there's no future 

Then why do we still try?

Wouldn't it be better 

If we let our efforts die?

We're nothing but strangers 

To the passing time 

Taking it for granted 

Leaving it behind 

To this time

We only stay for a while 

And yet hold grudges 

Impussiant to reconcile 

So let go of thoughts of hatred 

Abandon deeds that create divisions
