What Hurts More?

Sitting there with a knife

Blood oozing out of that slit wrist

Giving momentary relief from that pain much larger than this

That pain in the heart.....

That pain killing the soul each night

Crying out and expressing it all

But what if you can't?

What hurts more?

The eyes when you cry.....

Or the heart when you can't?

Which pain is more?

The one which is 'cause you can't express

Or the one 'cause you don't have anyone

To hug you tight and say softly.......

"Relax!It's gonna be alright"
