Sinking In.....

It's after all just a structure......bone, flesh and skin

But really? Is it? What about those feelings then?

Well that too is nothing but some chemicals......hormones you call them

I just wonder sometimes how easy life would have been if only we were a structure

But this structure, called human, is overrated for sure

You love, you hate, you get angry, you live merrily, you die too

Well...everyone does that, plants too..........

We never cry when a tree dries up

Then why do we bother about this overrated structure ever?

Ohh.....cry right? Those saline water droplets are known as a tear?

What's that? Why do we feel bad sometimes on seeing those?

Each day I think I'm nothing more than a mere structure

A moving machine so highly efficient

Each day then I make a mistake and forget my own theory of being a structure

Then there are those saline water droplets coming out of my eyes

And the thought crosses the mind of this machine each day

To dismantle itself and end the misery........
