Two-faced
Two-faced
Life brings to us good and bad,
And then the things that make you sad,
People come and go,
And bring you down to your low.
At first, they appear to be perfect,
All prepped and decked,
On their way to a mission,
A mission that would ruin your life forever.
They appear to be innocent and sweet,
If you blindly trust them, you're dead meat,
There are two people in life,
But you would never know which one is holding a knife.
This makes us paranoid,
Because you may be standing at the "gunpoint",
People who are innocent receive no love,
Even if they are as innocent as a dove.
This is because of the two-faced people in life,
They will feed on our insecurities,
You would never know what they are up to,
Oh, but if only I knew.
