There was once a little girl who was not so little,

She looked quite strong, but from within she was brittle,

She would fight in the light of day,

But shed tears as the night crept in.

She looked quite strong,

But it would take her quite long,

To find peace within,

But by the end of the day, her heart would win.

This little teenage girl would often bully other kids,

But she would never realise what she was amidst,

She would tease and kick and yell and punch,

Those kids would not even be spared for their break of lunch.

Mercy, Mercy! They kept yelling out,

From their tiny little mouth,

The teenage girl was ruthless to all,

She would not even spare the ones who were tall.

One fine day, the bully received a call,

And on her face she was about to fall,

For it was about, Tim, her little brother,

Just a story from another.

A bossy boy from his class kept bullying Tim until he was dim,

The teenage girl fell to the ground and cried out loud,

For what she had done to the other kids,

Was now experienced by her very own brother.

The girl then realised what it was like,

For the other kids for whom she would strike,

For her problems, she then found a key,

She ran and cried in her mother's arms begging for Mercy.
