Tumbling Down The Hill
Tumbling Down The Hill
Playing with my cat,
With the little ball, I sat.
Curious I was to know;
What’s on the other side of the hill.
I ran towards the hill,
With my speed to the fullest;
As I slipped off my feet, tumbling down I went;
To the road across the street.
Good play is all I asked for,
My carelessness reminded me of its lessons.
I cared then to remember,
Of what mom said, "Be careful, the hills are too steep."
My cat did meow, at least someone around me who voiced.
I ran to home, to mom, in pain.
She first scolded me, then applied medicine,
I then pretended to be hungry;
And started to dine.
