Town

Town

Life becomes mundane,

When your flower scorns you

And

Becomes the embellishment of someone else's pocket.

I heard that story,

But never in my dreams,

I had contemplated that you would be a gold digger.

Yes,

Today I regret,

Today I regret blindly believing you.

Through you masqueraded,

I became a prey to the words

From your pink lips.

Now I am crestfallen

I want to quit the town you reside,

I want to quit the town you reside in.

Yes, no more I want to inhale the oxygen that mingles with the poison of betrayal.

Yes, no more I want to inhale the oxygen that mingles with the poison of betrayal,

I want to quit the town you reside in.
