Torn Heart
Torn Heart
Wait till I say bye……
Life bubbled in my courtyard
It wasn’t a mere bubble
Life isn’t short, it was cut short
Life wasn’t difficult, it’s made difficult
To live without my children
Life is to nurture and nourish
You let the vivacity perish
Leaving me in despair and anguish
My hopes dashed crushed
Under your bus wheels
Not the metal and rubber
But wheels of arrogance,
power and impunity
Yet you ask me to bear your insanity
Don’t you think before you smile
Do you think shroud was their destiny
Oh you tore my heart into million shreds
Can you ever be blessed
Can you ever be at peace
When so ruthlessly my
children are hacked
They lie in smithereens
Whose limb were they, whose shoes are these
The hell just broke loose
I collect the remains they are all mine
You crushed my blossoms
My bosom torn, come ye all
Listen for the sake of those who are gone’
It has to be now justice for all
Hold on; be one, be with all
Be still, hark! I haven’t heard my child say
GOODBYE to us all
