Time To Let Go

I've apologized when it's not my fault,

I've apologized even when you're at fault,

I've let go of many things you've said,

things that even enemies shouldn't have said.

I've always waited for that one day,

when u will love me for who I am.

I've always wanted you to feel,

the love for you which was so real.

I've always wanted to see the love,

sparkling in your eyes, just for me.

I've waited too long for you to see,

the love that I had for you in me.

But today the wait is been so long,

long enough to make me fall.

No longer I see the ray of hope,

no longer I see ways to cope.

I've tried to give this relation my best,

but now I think its time, for me to rest
