Theatre
Theatre
He entered this world
And a stage was set for him.
Crumbling with fear,
Lights flashed
As he stood in between.
Portrayed as a hero,
Crying, smiling and dancing,
The life was scripted
A lone actor,
Crowd laughing at his innocence.
Lights change the direction
Focusing on her entry.
Her presence was not to entertain,
But, chiefly to support him.
The onlookers saw a new artist,
From an amateur to a pro.
He and She,
Facing the world,
Together and forever.
They portrayed a performance,
Larger than life.
Claps all over,
A standing ovation.
The theatre of life,
Where he is her fortitude
And she is his hero
