The World I See
The World I See
I don't see the ones beneath,
I just look around and then breathe.
I don't see the ones above,
Though I know they do preach about messages of love.
I don't really know how your beautiful eyes twinkle,
Or if it's all just a concealed wrinkle.
I surely do want to move around,
Without no soul, just me and the endless ground.
Need no one holding my hand,
Maybe just one girl on this infinite land.
Girls are beautiful, aren't they,
Beautiful eyes and a sweet smile, one might as well say.
The world too is very lovely,
They do welcome me here quite humbly.
The trees are awfully green,
And flowers are the beautiful little thinglings that need to be seen.
The sky is boundless and blue,
That loves all and welcomes me too.
And the people are good and kind,
Well, I have met some of the best you'd ever find.
Mother kisses me every now and then,
Father too blesses me every time he can.
Well, I don't see how men have gone so bad,
And lost the beautiful nature they had ever had.
At the moment, I don't have anything to say,
Father tells that the world's not that lovely as they may say.
For me, they don't really have anything defined,
For I was their son, who had been born blind.
