Why is it smile

Why the twinkling stars

Never gets to say hi


I sometimes wonder 

Why is it good 

Why is it crummy

Why the moon alone

Feels like symphony 


I sometimes wonder

Why is it love

Why is it hate

Why the oceans of earth

Never met the sky


I sometimes wonder

Why is it desires

Why is it need

Why the emotions that complete us

Make us feel incomplete
