The Transition Time

The world ran on GREED, 

Letting the Earth BLEED... 

Neither did we bother, 

Nor did we hear her PLEAD ... 

Shouting she was, from humans, to be FREED! 

Nonetheless, we chopped her trees & took the LEAD ...

Human I am, humans I make! 

Countlessly populating without the moment's NEED! 

The only interests of mine were "MY" CREED, 

Resulting in the communal fights, that we READ ... 

Fed up she was, from this cruel human BREED, 

The time fr her revenge has surely come INDEED ... 

Taking, she is! her revenge on us, 

On the other hand, letting herself HEAL...

Forcing us to stay caged like a parrot, 

letting us know how does a caged FEEL ... 

 

Though many are suffering without a day's MEAL,

Uploading our stories with dishes is a very big DEAL..! 

Regretting we are..., fr the woods we STEAL. 

Realizing fr her worth, one must KNEEL... 

Glimpsing our memories converting a photo REEL, 

Indeed, realizing that life's just a cyclic WHEEL...

Must destroy this virus, committing to a firm ZEAL,

Saluting doctors & cops fr their courage & STEEL...

I am with you, you are with me, 

Come let's bring a change & let HUMANITY HEAL!!
