It was my fate.

Written in life's slate.

To leave the life entitled.

And walk the path that has been destined.

Because I am Rama!

Maybe because I am poise.

To abandon the riches. 

And live the next decades in glitches.

Because I am Sita!

And I walk on the path of "dharma."

It was my duty.

To let go a life of beauty.

And make sure I protect.

To not create any more wreck.

Because I am Lakshmana!

And I follow the path of "dharma."

These are not mere tales,

to be included in the books for sales.

This is the heart of Ramayana.

The lessons to be celebrated forever.
