The Sound Of Gentle Silence

The Sound Of Gentle Silence

Many people came in my way

Wanted to have their influence on me

They said many things

But nothing changed me

Loud voices and cruel orders

Were never heard to my brain

But the sound of gentle silence

Taught me much to gain

I've too learnt in my childhood that

The pen is mightier than sword

It is better to keep silence

When nobody listens to you around

The sound of silence is worthy

Than those useless barkings

The clever guys will get this

Instead of annoying noises
