The Leader

With a heavy crown,

Learned to shroud every frown.

Constructed an indestructible wall,

Won't let the tears fall.

To build a harmonious team,

Have to acknowledge every one's dream.

Keeping your own problems aside,

And first becoming others' guide.

Putting your own thoughts away,

And first asking:- what you wanna say?

Letting them vent their frustrations out,

And help them become stout.

In danger, always being on the frontline,

To protect them, so they'd be fine.

While in opportunistic circumstances,

Standing at the back to avoid glances.

And pushing them at forefront of line,

So that they can bloom and shine.

Forming a bona fide bond in a team,

Is not an easy task as it may seem.

Seeds of mutualism have to be sown,

So that a plant of comradeship can be grown.

Thus, If Leadership is a throne of responsibility,

Then solicitude, insight & empathy are it's canopy.
