The Last Leave

If the only way left is this, I am into this,

The only way left is to walk far and far,

Until heart sighs and repents all these,

I will grab a smile and leave for forever.

Expectations and moments are the cages I never wanted,

I need a free sky to breathe and dream and dream,

Dream a better life with only memories,

Dream pictures of my happy self until I sigh.

I will never look back again once hurt, once dejected,

The day you left me wasn't the worse,

But today is, I am moving on and far,

Till now I was with you always but not from now.

If you deserve a happy face, I deserve a smiling too,

Nothing more and nothing less I want from now,

Memories will be with me always, the happy ones,

I will wind away from the tough ones from now and forever,

Wholeheartedly today I accept it was I,

It was me who expected and fall every moment,

I fall head over heels again and again without you,

You were never present but I was every day.

I will smile, smile until rainbow cry and sun sighs,

I will laugh seeing you with the other,

You will be holding hands with the finest of us,

And I will flee by the back door …..
