The elapsed time

The sun rises here,

The sun sets here....

Between the waves of vibrant colours.

Mesmerizing enough ,to admire them..

But 'you' have been seeing them ,

Only , since you have taken birth in this huge world....

Trust me my child ,you can only enjoy them

till your soul leaves the body......

Because your time on this earth is too short...

On an auspicious moment, a baby comes out to this world, 

Within the next few sunrises and sunsets, he becomes a child....

Within the next few days, he turns into an adult...

And within the next few sunrises and sunsets ,he meets old age

And then, finally the body joins the soil.....

Bear the truth,

'No matter you see around is permanent '

Infact,you yourself is not permanent...

So live your life to the maximum extent possible....

Enjoying each stage and each moment of life ...

Feel the breath of your body 

Let the fresh air go in through you ..

Listen to your heartbeat....

Open your eyes...

Experience them....

You are blessed to be born in this earth...

All your worries are never permanent
