The Dawn

The Dawn

58

A cataclysmic storm that camouflaged subterfuge

Has made those branches quiver.

An act of an omnipotent sovereign

Has trivialized the calibre of those roots.

Who could have anticipated the dawn of a sapling?

Whispering, "Cogito, ergo sum" to that tyrant

With a sense of pride!
