The Dark Confession
The Dark Confession
The pearls and stars of this world,
Never remain of prime concern there,
In the no man’s land of wretched darkness,
Even the glittering shimmers become artless!
When the dawn submerges to dusk,
Nature surpasses life from death,
The harsh stories and brutality then come to survive,
For which devilry and evil are ascribed!
Yet again a soul and body were slaughtered,
But this time by a betrayed spouse,
Who grew resentful to take requite,
Outraged and knocked off his wife!
With the blood-drenched knife in his hand,
Shirt having those blots of crime,
A regretting heart then confessed,
For growing ferocious in his zest!
The teary eyes stuck on his lady’s half-buried corpse,
Mewling in the agony of a deceased soul,
He bowed down to the Heaven and Hell,
Seeking his retribution without any compel!
It may be a theft, a felony or any crime,
To assassinate would still remain un-pardoned,
As an offence or an atrocity,
The misdeed can never solicit God’s mercy!
For the slayer knew justice would be done,
Not on Earth, but in the tribunal of almighty,
Murder or anything heinous out of aggression,
Had always been bound to a dark confession!
