The Cup of Love
The Cup of Love
I raise the cup of love beneath the moonlit sky,
And drink the dreams that never learned to die.
Your name is like a fragrance drifting through my heart,
A silent, tender melody, where memories start.
One sip of love can make the lonely soul whole,
It turns a desert of sorrow into a gardened soul.
The cup may empty, yet its sweetness will remain,
Like gentle drops of sunshine after every rain.
If love is a journey, let your hand be mine,
Through every winding road, beneath the stars we shine.
And when the final cup is offered from above,
I’ll smile and whisper softly—this life was filled with love.
