The Coffee Shop
The Coffee Shop
Sitting in the busiest corner of the street
Lush green floors surrounding it,
Decorative lanterns and wooden roof top beams,
Beauty of the hanging curtains Glorified it.
I've ordered a cup and carried my steaming cuppa to my table ,
Ignoring the falling snow behind I dropped the marshmallows ,
Cappuccino, mocha or latte ,
My souls carves only for brown cup of it.
Chattering friends enveloped in steaming coffees,
Everyone's exploring the surroundings with faces up ,
The smells of the roasted coffee beans ,
The caffeinated atmosphere swirls up with buzzing murmurs sounds.
Tunes of music lights up the steaming atmosphere ,
Coffee tinged emotions flows out from hearts,
Getting lost in the soothing tunes of violins,
Kicks out a drop of warmth in the harsh frozen streets.
