The Barren Airport

The Barren Airport

They had traveled together

By an airplane, experienced

Thrilling excitement after

Much frightening moments

Talked nothing while

Moving through blue vacuum

“what are you thinking ?”

“nothing specifically, why ?”

“seems you are tired,”

“not at all, but where

Would this journey end ?”

“at our destined place

Don’t you want to land ?”

“I want to go ahead,

Into the vast vacuum”

“Its eternal, endless

We have to land here”

“you know I have been

Longing to go through unknown”

Years later, a flight was

Boarded alone without waving

Or saying goodbye, the aircraft

Took off, like a missile thrust

Up in the sky, a white dot

Could be seen which disappeared

Into the wide vacuum leaving

Him deserted on the barren airport
