The Abyss of Thoughts

Drowning into the abyss of unfathomable thoughts,

Tis a soul; oft nescient of the covert desires.

Imploring for a retaliation; succumbing for ephemeral pleasures,

Each ebullient night; it follows into the mournful mires.

Unbounded whims; unfettered to mundane restraints,

Flutter in euphoric shines of mendacious beacons of lust.

Prowling alike a nubivagant mortal cage,

Detached to the sublime bonds of altruistic love and trust.

Into the abysmal arena of wonders; into the abyss unknown, 

Perhaps; a soul beseeching for every breath of life.

Baffled with the glint or darkness; sketching silhouettes in air,

It squanders into the vivacious lanes of lethal strife.

Falling from the pinnacles of unbounded thoughts, 

Might be a call for an eternal voyage into the astral plains.

Stubborn to changes though in a monotonous symphony,

Protects the human existence from covens of semblance.
