That Look Could Kill

That Look Could Kill

The train was late as usual;

And I was nonchalant in my action

The hullabaloo at the station caught my attention

And suddenly a lightning struck me

Vertically.

I was mixing myself with your brown bright eyes

They were epitome of beauty

I must say.

You were ignorant of my intention

And I was sure of your aggression

Still I could not make myself grew apart from you

You became my peace

That I once lost

When I stepped into the shoes of complexity.

My dilemmas were heightened while my heart started beating faster

But my affection for you multiplied with every passing second.

I thought of waiting an eternity,

But you decided to leave me forever

And get down at your usual platform.

Which broke my sweet dream of a union.
