Temple Of Love
Temple Of Love
I am your Temple
Invaded trampled
Still, you are my diety
In the sanctum Santorum.
There burns the lamp of hope
A wick so drenched in my tears
But filled with the oil of pure love
It stays in every storm
Guiding the path of lost souls
I walk those pavements
Singing loud my song for
This bleeding world
The war savaged cities,
Broken civilizations, crying mothers
Children dying of hunger
Men made to carcasses
I am your temple,oh my soul mate
Breaking yet so ardent with wishes
Of rain in this arid swamp
Which would wash away the stains
Of this man-made hell on earth
And make it a better place to thrive
My love for you transmute
In to prayer for every weeping soul
I transcend in its light into a bird
With fire on its wings to keep
Hold the broken in a warm embrace
That heals
I am temple
Of all you aspire
To bring heaven on earth
To spread a smile on every lip
In these insane days
It welcomes the homeless to secure the orphans,
To protect abandoned spurned
I keep my passion on.
Never giving up
I am here for a better job
I am your Temple
Trampled yet soaked in divine grace
In this selfish ravaged world
A place our love spreads light
A place our truth shows the path
There is no religion no dogmas
No Godmen woman
No sacred language
No rituals ...but a trance
To love, dance to love
I am your Temple you my diety
The rest is all assured.
