Summer
Summer
Summer is an exciting season;
The sun shines;
Hot winds blow;
The hot sun and the hot winds
Awaken a desire to eat some cool and sweet ice cream;
You are never too old to eat ice cream!
Birds, in any season, love to chirp and sing songs;
The pigeons create a nuisance near my window,
They flap their wings noisily, and sometimes also fight with other pigeons!
A crow keeps cawing;
The 'koyal' or the cuckoo, sings sweetly,
So sweetly,
That it acts as a lullaby and puts me to sleep;
The Summer season occurs after Spring and before autumn;
The days are the longest;
And the nights are shortest;
Sometimes I wish the nights were shorter;
Because of my lazy attitude,
I wish to sleep forever!
The voice of my mother waking me up
Sounds so quickly in my ear;
Every child has this sweet attitude;
It's never too late or too early to dive in the cool swimming pool;
It's never too late or too early to eat ice cream;
It's never too late or too early to visit a cool hill station;
The temperature stays warm even if the moon peeps through your window at night;
The temperature stays warm even if you gulp dozens of ice cream;
To me, the best part is when
The grasshopper sings without stopping;
If it feels tired;
It slowly descends below the weeds and rests;
Then the cricket sings joyfully in the winter season,
Replacing the grasshopper for a short period
Of time.
