Abstract

Stress

Stress

1 min
1

That baffling heaviness,
Eating the body muscle,
It isn't a mere affliction;
But the distress built up,
Over a long span of time.

Responsibilities augment,
Life turns so engrossing,
Rest too seems solemn.
Tense body turns numb,
Fails to obey mind's dos.

And as time sneaks away,
Life becomes too chaotic,
Stress sounds so habitual.
It robs away zest and zeal,
Turning a human defunct.
