Story Of My Life

Story Of My Life

Setting the alarm on Sunday night makes me cry

And every week I suffer from Monday blues how much ever I try

Neither the salary nor the workplace pushes me high

Instead, the memory of my sore legs from last Friday makes my heart fly

Well without wasting much time I hit my most loved place i.e. gym

My journey from wall push-ups to floor ones did make me slim

I' ll lift heavy in next set of dumbbells fly/bench press/cable cross is what I dream

But I am still a beginner and I can't achieve all so fast makes me scream

From shoulder press, Arnold press, cable face pulls and shrugs

To lateral pull-down, hypextension, single hand dumbbells till ending at deadlifts

My week just passes thinking may be I'm stagnant but my body is getting burns

Thus from building biceps/triceps to quads and hamstrings my week passes in blinks
