Still Remember You

I still remember you saying that you would be there for me always.

You said that you would like to help me out in things that I might need your guidance.

You did give me some good advice that I would remember for a lifetime.

Some of those, I have been trying to implement.

To be honest, It’s not that easy, but still, I am trying my best.

You told that you would give me your diary as a gift.

You have no idea how much I wanted to read it.

I wanted to preserve it as an invaluable treasure.

But all my thoughts and expectations have gone in vain.

You said that you would meet me.

You promised me that you would always be there as my invisible support.

Many words exchanged within a short span of time.

I thought you were a special friend.

I still do and I always will.

I think you still have my contact.

So, all you need to do when you need me is just to send a message.

I will be there no matter what.

You do not need to hesitate about anything.

Still remember our conversations.

What if I got mad at you because of something.

I did apologize later.

You didn't have to take it too serious.

You never gave me a chance to explain.

That did hurt because I expected better from you.

You said that few things are better incomplete.

You said that a few things are best unsaid.

You said that it's for the best.

Maybe it is for the best.

But sometimes, I still feel we could have discussed about it.

Wish, we could have sorted out the difference of opinion.

I tried reaching out to you through any other means but that didn't really work out.

Still remember you and our conversations.

I really cherish them.

Hope you realize that someday.

Hope that all is well with you.

And yeah, our memories are safe in my heart.
