Invisible Pain

There are few things in your life which you wish had never happened.

Few things that you wish, you had some control over them to make happen in a different way.

In a way to make it feel less painful than it did.

Those few things, that are a constant reminder of the pain that you think was gone.

Every-time you think that it's almost gone, it keeps coming back more strong and fresh.

And it feels worse to even think about them.

Every-time you try hard to let them go, It seems possible yet impossible.

Every-time you try so hard to forgive a few, It becomes even more difficult to forgive or forget.

Forgiving seems to be too big of a word and forgetting them is not so easy.

The worst part is when you would have to interact with them on a frequent basis at some point or the other.

If only they had been a little more matured to put themselves in your shoes, Life would have been a little easy.

But that's not the case, isn't it?

Life always has its own plans which you have absolutely zero control over.

Each time you think that you can make it seem easy, each time there's always something that's nagging in your mind, reminding you of the things they have done to you or of the things they didn't do it fair to you.

Every-time you think why me? Why does it always have to be me?

Always you end up thinking that you do not want to think about some pathetic things.

Most of the time you end up thinking that you have the right to feel some happiness on your special day or big day.

Sometimes it would appear that, though God has blessed you in some way, there is always a pathetic reminder about a few things.

The end of the story is, we need to be thankful for the way they finally happened.

Sometimes, we may regret a few things, just wishing a few things had been different.

Just a little different, which would not be a constant reminder of a few things.

But it’s important to realize that, So is life and so is the pain.

And sometimes, it’s better to make peace with few things to be content.
