Stars And Numbers

Life came to me with a program,

My heart pumped into a number one.

How could I not think Life loved me in this shade?

My soul sailed on ships in two,

Little steps of wishes for hope, 

Led me to flight of lovers three.

I woke up to the call of all my yearning, 

Morning and evening, 

Situated in its’ globe of four.

My life spanned sweet screens and shots,

Foot by foot, 

Around faculty members of the five.

I craved differently, cuddled differently, cared differently,

Spun channels of mortal six.

Dreams took me in items of special pinnacles;

I was beyond the mortal realm, 

Yet, rippling calls to the seven

Life’s compassion sent forth my sensors in series;

Life guarantees my fun and suspense 

On roofs of eight; 

I would wait for its compassion 

To spring through, 

Softly and swiftly, 

To the face and blocks of nine. 

Heart of Life speaks nothing but itself;

I found love in its tenses, tents by ten;

By taste and flavour, 

This soothes is my only one.

In the true world of two, 

Wedded by three,

Beyond the feeling of four, 

Around the chronological Pentium six 

And tentacles of the seven,

Where eight seek out nine, 

For criteria of the standard ten.
