Star Wars - Knights of the Old Republic poems
Darth Copyright reigns undefeated,
And Darth Trademark does the same,
As this is merely fan-work on a game...
The galaxy runs circles, as life repeats a certain tale:
Ignorance allows the foolish not to see how we all fail.
The tides remain recurrent, while us people aged away.
Extremes devouring lives, darkly versatile ways to slay!
From Outer Rim to that accursed Republic each of us;
May come to realize only Death wins thru all the fuzz.
The Jedi and Sith embody the public servants of extremes.
They damn millions, despite good intentions or dreams.
Still we faced trials unshaken and aboard the Ebon Hawk;
Learning that haters and envious will always lurk to gawk!
A friendship there, and some romance could be in it, too:
No virtue stops bloodshed, as they are not empowered to.
Those Jedi manipulators and ambitious lords of the Sith;
Bloodily remind how precious the path of independence is.
Cruising through the galaxy, pawn of duty or our ambition.
The only trick is to suggest that wisdom lacks ammunition.
