Stains
Stains
Today I falter,
Today I blabber
To my aloneness,
Today I see the moon
Taunting at my ignorance,
Making me realize
That she is beautiful
With stains
Though I had ostentatiously
Claimed one day that
My inamorata is exceptional.
Immaculate is my
Darling's beauty, was my claim.
But today,
My love has hornswoggled me.
Playing truant to me,
My love has made me crestfallen.
Witnessing my plight,
Moon delivers smug smiles
With all her stains.
