The main theme of this work of art is about "heart for a heart" which means here the customers are broken-heart person. They're having grief, sorrow, and have been cheated and more. These kinda people were become customers of that Haunted Restaurant at where they serves fresh heart of the cheaters to their customers. That meant to be Heart for a heart like eye for an eye.
