Song Of Green
Song Of Green
I had seen once,
This land
Ladden with loads of lavish
Green.
The dancing barley,
The creeping cabbages,
The spinach, the coriander, the cauliflowers like bowers to the heaven's grace!
Oh this space, no more, no more!
Land barren than ladden but with that of cement and bricks.
No creepers kicks,
The insects inside now.
No cricket sings, no cicadas under the bush, neither the grasshopper hops on some weeds, nor an ant marches barley to barley for meal.
Oh heal!
This pain of our Earth which is losing its own space from the lavish Green to
A space where faces are unseen.
Surrounded by walls!
Not with leaves.
