Sometimes

Sometimes feelings are unsaid 

And I regret it,

Sometimes heart says true feelings

And I neglect it.

Sometimes my body shakes,

My knees tremble,

Sometimes my mind starts spinning

My thoughts start to crumble.

My heart starts feeling pain,

There's a shower of heaviness on my body.

I start feeling cold in that rain.

Unknown feelings keep destroying me slowly.

Sometimes my words are difficult to understand the meaning.

Sometimes words can't describe feelings

But I still keep on appealing.

You can't understand what your heart is revealing,

Sometimes deep inside It just keeps on Screaming.
