Solitude
Solitude
Alone, all alone in my world,
The silence was like gentle snowfall
As soothing as the whisper of a summer wind,
As quiet as the passage of stars.
Alone, all alone to ponder over my situations!
The snow like confetti
That blanketed the entire city,
The dark bellied clouds of negativity
Blanketed by entire vivacity.
Alone, all alone to ponder over my situations!
Tales of hundred failures
And ten thousand broken dreams!
What dreams were lost, I'll never know.
Alone, all alone to ponder over my situations!
One night, when I inked my pain
Dark as the whistling thrush at dawn,
Hope broke through the darkness
Without a bluster of effort,
The ray of hope swept the panting dark away!
Some suns are brighter by night than day!
