Shrinking Heart

Shrinking Heart

Shrinking heart,

Dying souls,

Is it what we can afford,

In this upright hole?

Every now and then,

One heart goes,

For the desiring goals,

With deceiving hopes.

Deprived, depressed,

Perplexed and confused,

The shrinking heart keeps shrinking more,

Filled with mourning pleasure,

The heart then goes,

The heart then goes.
