Shattered Hopes

I act like I'm okay but 

Deep inside I'm drowning, 

Drowning in the sea of my own thoughts;

Sinking in the stream of my growing loneliness.

You shipwrecked all my hopes 

Like a wrecked ship deserted in an endless ocean,

I'm Struggling to calm the voices arguing in my head,

They don't listen me anymore.

Do you listen to the moans of my stranded soul?

They're enveloped in your endless grasp.

Can you feel them? 

Do you hear them repeatedly calling out to you? 

How do I make my heart understand , 

My sobs will no longer make any difference to you 

That you'll never come to my rescue;

No matter however hard I may screech

Not even an echo will reach out to you.
