Shallow Life

Shallow Life

My life's colour faded away—

My eyes were filled with tears as the dream came to an end.

All of the joy had vanished, leaving only a hollow body behind!

Someone became enraged with me, and I lost myself.

There was a thick blanket of darkness, despite the fact that it was daylight.

Life, can you tell me what happened after all?

Is this a one-time penalty, or has my life withered?

I never imagined that there would be such traps in life,

That sobbing would be required, and that tears would have to be hidden.

Life is transformed by the stumbling blocks of the times...

Thinking of this, I began to play with the stumbling blocks;

I'd learned to handle it by tripping, but now I'm stumbling even when I'm being careful.
