In this era of pandemic

Leading a way to social distancing

When we crave to meet each other

And recall all moments of being together

Mere vid calls or messages aren't enough

To shake us out of this doldrums

Quite unsure of what's coming our way

Once this lock-down gets over

There always seems something missing

No matter how busy I make myself

I've ignited my long-lost passion

That had always remained dormant before

Oh, Dear! Did I tell you my plans

To implement as soon as this phase ends?

An evening walk by the park or a sip of coffee

A movie date or some exotic destination

I'm sending out immense love to you

In this era of isolation, if you're feeling

Lonely or lost in past reverie
