Sedjâ!

Sedjâ!

Where are you supposed to hide?

Where did you say that she lay down and died?

Nobody’s with you now!

But Sedja will find you and take you away.

Where did you say that she fell?

Soaked by the blue blood

That suffocates the stairwell,

Listen to what she said.

“Take it instead; it’s much better to be dead!

Momma took madness and fear,

Locked it away all these years,” but

Nothing she said made sense, anyway!

Blast daddy’s ways, got bombed out again today,

He took the easy way out,

With two steps back, crushing a cigarette,

He starts to scream and shout.

Here we are now,

Down to the ground again,

As I roll my eye to the sky!

Now here we go again,

Will they ever realise,

That I’m here and I’m alive!

This is life; it is my life!

Well here you can take it from me

Oh, what good is life?

When there is nothing left at all,

Now, who needs this life?

When there is nothing left but the fall?
