Sans (Without) Religion

People come, meet and go,

But why does everyone want to know,

What's their religion, caste or creed,

Can't they just help them in their hour of need?

God made birds, trees and humans,

Humans made these different religions,

God doesn't differentiate between anyone of us,

Then why do we create such a lot of fuss?

My message through this poem is loud and clear,

That from HIS wrath we all must fear.

To give and take life is only HIS job,

If we interfere here then HE will make us sob.

Love the people on the basis that they too are human,

Not on the basis of their religion,

Whenever in between love and religion you have to choose,

Choose the former and your life will be free from the blues,

I follow God and not any man made religion,

And this fact doesn't make me any less humane.....
