Roses In My Garden

Oh Rose! You make my garden look awesome,

When anyone plucks you I become sad and glum.

When I come near you I smell a pleasant fragrance,

You are so pulchritudinous that I can see you shine in the night so dense.

You also have so many medicinal properties,

I like you more than other flowers and trees.

In spring all the butterflies hover around you,

When anyone sees you he forgets all his blues

Rose one of your specialities is that you are not poisonous,

My neighbours demand they want you and create a fuss.

I wonder why lotus is the National Flower?Why aren't you rose?

After applying rose water on my skin it shimmers and glows

When anyone plucks you I give him warning,

My garden is a palace you are its king

I come to look after you every morning,

No matter its rain or spring

In colour you are baby pink and red,

I will water you everyday you will not get dry or dead.
