Reflection

Shared a thought with my inner being,

Confronted my baffled state,

Asked if he could bring,

Ecstasies, those are ebbed.

Amazed of these feelings unforeseen,

He smiled and at me he gazed,

Then answered my friend ‘Listen’,

It’s not you or your fate.

It’s not the course of time,

Not even what you had craved for,

He whispered, ‘its LIFE’,

Blended to love and endure.

You ought to fail and succeed,

But just have faith,

And open your heart to feel,

It’s mellow sweetness in your breath.

Go beyond the bizarre beliefs,

Rush through the gale of over esteemed desires,

Just to catch those concealed dreams,

And reignite your soul’s frozen fire.

Be stronger to bear and cope,

It has twist and turns,

Be ready to love and hope,

Its not easy and a tricky lesson to learn.

Let go of every feeling,

And every tempted desire you have,

After all it’s not just a thought,

It’s what you’ve always believed perhaps.

Embrace it with your open arms,

Then you may believe,

The warmth it has for you,

That was never unveiled.

Discover the unexplored and search your destiny,

Make it worth living as that’s your redemption,

Now come fly with me as if you have wings,
